Plutus AI OS Application & Financial Data

In addition to our website, we operate Plutus AI OS, an internal business-operations application used by Plutus Agents to manage our own company's finances. Within it we connect our own business financial accounts using Plaid Inc. and Mercury to retrieve transaction history and account information on a read-only basis.

This financial data is used solely for internal expense tracking, categorization, bookkeeping, and reporting. We do not sell or share it. It is transmitted over TLS 1.2 or higher and stored with encryption at rest by our infrastructure providers, with access restricted to authorized accounts protected by multi-factor authentication.

Plaid's handling of data is governed by the Plaid End User Privacy Policy. Financial data is retained only as long as needed for bookkeeping, accounting, and tax purposes and deleted thereafter. Connections can be revoked at any time.

Changes to This Policy
